Where do you print these mugs?
The mugs are custom-printed in the US, in Canada, in Australia and in the UK.
Why can't I have it delivered in two days?
We don't have a warehouse full of mugs pre-printed that we can just ship out - each mug is especially printed and packaged for you. Production time right now, because it's peak season, is somewhere between 6-9 business days, plus an additional shipping 3-5 business days. For Canada, it's around 9 - 12 days and right now, the rest of the world, takes about 2 - 4 weeks to be delivered.
How do you ship these mugs?
For US orders, we use UPS Mail Innovations. The package is delivered to your door by USPS. You will also receive notification and tracking information when your order has shipped, so make sure to fill out all the required information.
For international orders, we use Asendia USA. Asendia uses a service called International Priority Airmail (“IPA”). IPA travels by air then as priority in-country. You will also receive notification and tracking information when your order has shipped, so make sure to fill out all the required information.
Will it still be in time for the holidays?
We are doing our best to get the mugs out as soon as possible - but the ordering deadline for timely delivery in the US is December 4th. The sooner you order, the quicker our printers can get started.
We can't say for sure that international shipments make it in time for the holidays, unless that holiday is Three Kings, in January. We may be able to make it for that one, but we can't make any promises.
How much does it cost to ship each mug?
For the US, it costs $4.50 to ship the first mug, and $3 for any additional mug that is added to the same order. The more mugs you purchase per order, the cheaper it will be.
For international shipping, it costs $10.00 for the first mug, and another $3 for any additional mug in the same order.
How can I exchange an order?
Right now, we are not accepting returns or exchanges, so please make sure you order the right item. If the item is broken or damaged in transit, please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org, subject line: BROKEN, with a description and a picture of the product in question, plus order details.
I would like a different design - is that possible?
We frequently update our designs. If a particular mug is out of stock, we will do our best to get it back on the shelves. Email us at email@example.com or use the contact form to let us know what you would like to see!
I really like your designs, but don't drink coffee. Could I get a T-shirt instead?
